About the Conference:

The rapid expansion of e-commerce, digital platforms, artificial intelligence, digital payments and cross-border transactions has transformed the consumer landscape, creating new challenges relating to data protection, privacy, misleading advertisements, dark patterns, digital fraud, product safety and consumer welfare.

The conference aims to provide an international and interdisciplinary platform for academicians, legal practitioners, researchers, policymakers, regulators, industry professionals and students to deliberate upon emerging challenges in consumer protection and explore effective legal and regulatory responses in the evolving digital economy.
