The National Law University Delhi, a premier national law university of India is announcing National Seminar on CONSUMER PROTECTION: NEW AGE CHALLENGES to be organised on February 19-20, 2016 at its campus in Dwarka, New Delhi. This is being organised in collaboration with Centre for Consumer Studies, IIPA, the seminar aims to conduct a discussion amongst legal luminaries, academics, members of Voluntary Consumer Organizations (VCOs) and enforcement agencies at a time when the Indian Government is endeavouring to amend the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.
The major theme of the programme will be “New Age Challenges in Consumer Protection”. The authors may choose any topic under this broad theme.
CALL FOR PAPERS:
Well researched original research papers, case studies and survey reports are invited from the academics, practitioners, researchers, VCOs, students and other stakeholders working and interested in the field of consumer protection.
